Yogasanas, in the modern days, is a term used for various postures useful for restoring and maintaining a practitioner’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being and improving the vitality of the body by releasing the negative energy blockages in the physical body. Yogasanas are designed to have specific effects on the endocrine system, andinternal organs and to alter electrochemical activity in the nervous system. Yogasanas have a beneficial effect on all the physiological systems of the human body.

The Instructor shall take the practitioners through a range of postures and dynamic movements. The postures are specifically designed for the different parts of the body like the neck, shoulders, arms, forearms, chest, upper back, lower back, abdomen, oblique, sides, hips and legs in a certain sequence that greatly opens up the muscles in the body and enables the vital energy to flow freely.

The intensity of every posture is focused on any one particular muscle group and in turn, benefits and influences other muscle groups in the body. Every session includes new variations in postures designed for a specific muscle group.

The effect of the practice is felt by the practitioner in the session itself and later through the day. Intense Muscle Focus is designed to rapidly improve the strength, stamina, flexibility and lactic acid tolerance level of the muscles and increase the rate of inch loss, weight loss, muscle toning and muscle sculpting.
